So the past two weeks have had a lot going on. I started the year with not much except the sofa and chilling out and hiding from the cold and Caleb cooking most days. It was great. But didn't quite make for interesting posts, so that's why there's been a bit of a break. I did make some Choc Chip Muffins one day and a couple of people have asked for the recipe, so I'll chuck that up this week too - but for today, I'm going to document a quick trip I made to Denver, Colorado on the 8th of February.Tuesday 21 February 2017
