Recipe - Gooey Chocolate Brownies

I've always loved to bake, but I genuinely haven't had the time to do it recently. Well, today I woke up and decided I was going to make brownies. So, below I'm sharing a recipe for Gooey Chocolate Brownies, which also happen to be dairy free as well as GF (obvs). These guys are extremely soft & VERY chocolatey and can be a bit much for some people - so be prepared!




Gooey Chocolate Brownies


Ingredients


- 3/4 Cup GF Flour
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt

- 3/4 Cup Dairy Free Butter
- 5 Oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Semi Sweet Choc Chips




Directions


- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 9x9 pan with non dairy spray

- Mix together the Flour, Cocoa Powder & Salt in a bowl.

- In another bowl melt the butter and once melted, add the 5oz of Semi Sweet Chocolate and stir until smooth
- Stir in both sugars and let cool down


- After cooled slightly, mix in the Eggs & the Vanilla Extract.

- Add the flour mix to the batter and stir until fully combined.

- Stir in the chocolate chips.

- Add small amounts of water bit by bit if batter is too thick.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are done to your liking.

- YUM!
